Refund Policy

Sidqo is a digital subscription service.

Payments are final. We do not provide refunds for subscription charges, including the first month and any partial billing periods.

You can cancel anytime. Open Manage Subscription to cancel through Stripe. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Introductory pricing (your first month, and a one-time return offer) is limited per account and cannot be reused beyond those offers.

If you were charged in error, email [email protected] within 14 days and we will look into it.
