Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Sidqo collects, how we use it, and who helps us run the service. Sidqo is operated by Design Syndicate FZE LLC.

What we collect

• Your name and email, from your Google sign-in.
• The messages you send and the documents you upload.
• Usage activity, like when you sign in and send a message.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and run the service.
• To manage your subscription and billing.
• To send service and lifecycle emails.
• To understand usage and improve Sidqo.

AI processing

To answer you, your messages and any documents you share are sent to our AI providers (Anthropic, and Google Gemini for some translations). Do not share information you are not comfortable processing this way.

Who processes your data

We use these providers to run Sidqo:

• Google: sign-in
• Stripe: payments
• Supabase: database and storage
• Anthropic and Google Gemini: AI processing
• Resend: email
• Sentry, PostHog, and Langfuse: analytics and monitoring

Storage and transfers

Your data may be processed outside the UAE by the providers above. We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will help.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in and to measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Security and age

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, though no service can be perfectly secure. Sidqo is for people aged 18 and over.

Changes

We may update this policy. If we make a significant change, we will try to let you know.
