Tell your side, in the order a judge reads it
Sidqo takes your facts, dates and documents and drafts a memorandum with a statement of facts, the legal basis under UAE law and your requests to the court.
What is the case about, and are you filing a claim or responding to one?
Sidqo asks a few questions, then writes the memorandum for you to read and change. Private to your account.

Questions that come up before a hearing
The other side has a lawyer. I don't.
My hearing is soon.
Everything at court is in Arabic.
I'm afraid of saying something wrong.
A conversation, then a draft
- 1
Answer in your own words
Sidqo asks one or two questions at a time. Give it several facts at once and it only asks for what is missing.
- 2
Watch the checklist fill in
Each answer lands on the checklist beside the conversation, so you see what is covered and what is left.
- 3
Get the draft, then change it
Press “Write my memorandum”. Read the draft, ask for any change in plain words, and download it as a Word file.

About your memorandum
What is a legal memorandum in a UAE court case?
A written submission that sets out your facts, the law you rely on and what you ask the court to decide. Parties file memoranda before and between hearings.
Can I file a memorandum without a lawyer?
In many first-instance cases, yes: you can represent yourself. Higher courts, such as the Court of Cassation, require a lawyer.
Does the memorandum have to be in Arabic?
Yes for onshore courts, where Arabic is the language of the court. DIFC Courts and ADGM Courts work in English.
Will Sidqo cite UAE law?
Yes. It names the laws it relies on, and when it is not sure of an article number it marks it [article to confirm]. Check citations against the official text before you file.
Can I paste the other side's claim?
Yes. Paste the key parts into the conversation and Sidqo answers them point by point in the draft.
Is this legal advice?
No. Sidqo provides legal information and drafts from what you tell it. It does not represent you in court.

Start with what happened
Tell Sidqo what the case is about. It asks for the dates, documents and requests one at a time.
Sidqo provides legal information, not legal representation. Drafts are written by AI from what you tell it and are not reviewed by a lawyer. For a high-value or contested matter, have a UAE lawyer read the draft before you sign or file it.
