SIDQO
Sidqo for Lawyers

Every case arrives organised

Your firm gets its own link: yourfirm.sidqo.com. Clients open it, explain their matter in a guided chat, and upload their documents. You get a clean case file, and once the client sends documents, the memorandum is already drafted.

How it works

One link for your clients. One dashboard for you.

The client side

1

Open the link

The client opens yourfirm.sidqo.com on any phone or laptop and picks one of eight languages. They confirm their email with a 6-digit code or Google. No account to create, no app to install.

2

Explain and upload

A guided chat asks what happened and reads each document as it arrives. It asks only what the documents leave open, with a live checklist of what is still missing.

3

Send to the lawyer

The client reviews their case file, then sends it. They see a timeline and inventory, never legal conclusions.

Your side

1

Open your dashboard

Sign in with Google on the same link. Every case is on one screen, with its legal area and the date it arrived. Filter by area or open any case in a side panel.

2

Review the case file

Summary, key facts, timeline, documents, and the full conversation log. The case assistant answers questions about any of it.

3

Check the memorandum

Once the client sends documents, the draft is ready. Its UAE statute citations are checked against Sidqo's register. Review it, export to Word, or send it for certified Arabic translation.

What your firm gets

Less chasing. More lawyering.

Your firm's own link

yourfirm.sidqo.com carries your name, not ours. Send it to a new client instead of a blank email thread and a folder of loose attachments.

Guided client intake

A calm chat asks the client what happened, in their own language. It reads each document as it arrives and asks only what the documents leave open. The case details you read stay in English.

Cases by email

Clients can email documents to [email protected]. The first email with a document opens a case, and later emails from that address join it. You can also open a case yourself: the client gets an email in your firm's name, and their reply files itself.

Case files that build themselves

Every document gets a plain name, so the list reads “Employment contract”, not IMG_4471.JPG. Each case shows its documents, key facts, and a timeline of events.

Memorandum ready on arrival

When a client sends documents from your link, the memorandum is already drafted from them and the conversation, citing the relevant UAE statutes. Redraft it when new documents arrive, or download it as an editable Word file.

A memorandum you can check

Statute numbers are checked against Sidqo's register of UAE legislation, and anything it cannot confirm is flagged. A second opinion lists Points to check and never rewrites. Highlight passages, leave comments, then revise the draft in one pass.

Case assistant

Ask about the case. The assistant answers from the case file and the text read from each document. When you ask, it updates the case details, timeline, or memorandum, and labels each edit.

Hand off a complete file

Export the memorandum as an editable Word file and the proofs as one page-numbered PDF, with a bilingual cover and an index of annexes. Each recipient gets their own link. You see opens, downloads, and requests, and can revoke a link at any time.

Certified translation built in

Send an English document, the memorandum, or the proofs bundle for certified Arabic translation. The translation comes back into the case file, next to the original.

Ten sample UAE matters: employment, tenancy, cheques, custody. Open a case, read the file, and watch a memorandum draft stream in.

The client intake

Walk through what your client would see, in any of the eight intake languages: English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tagalog, Malayalam or Chinese. A guided chat collects the story and the documents, and builds the case file as it goes.

The research tool is still here

Sidqo started as a fast way to cross-reference UAE law: 1,500+ indexed federal and freezone statutes, with article-level citations in under ten seconds. Many attorneys use it to get oriented before a call.

Questions from firms

Use the request form on this page: your name, work email and phone number. We contact you, set up your link (yourfirm.sidqo.com), register your team, and you sign in with Google. There is no self-serve signup yet; each firm is enabled by hand.

A welcome page with your firm's name, where the client picks one of eight languages and confirms their email. Then a guided chat: Sidqo asks what happened, requests the documents that support the matter one by one, and shows the client a live case file with a document checklist and timeline. No legal statements are made to the client; the assistant only collects and organises.

No. There is no account to create and no app to install. Before the intake starts, the client confirms their email with a 6-digit code or with Google, so they can come back to an unfinished case. It works on a phone in about ten minutes.

Yes. Each firm has an intake address: [email protected]. The first email with a document opens a case for that sender. Every later email from the same address joins that case, and quoted replies are stripped so the file holds only what is new. You can also open a case yourself: Sidqo emails the client in your firm's name, and their replies file themselves into the case.

Sidqo drafts it from the case file: the summary, key facts, documents, and conversation log. A case from your link arrives with the draft ready once the client has sent documents. For a case that came by email or that you opened, generate it from the Memorandum tab. The draft cites the relevant UAE statutes, and any citation Sidqo's register cannot confirm is listed under Points to check. It is a starting point for the lawyer, not legal advice, and nothing goes to the client without you.

Yes, from English into Arabic. Any English document in the case file, the memorandum, or the proofs bundle can be sent to Sidqo's certified translation pipeline, the same service behind sidqo.com/documents. The certified Arabic copy comes back into the case file, next to the original.

For professional use

Memorandum drafts and citations are a starting point for the reviewing lawyer, not a substitute for primary source verification. Always verify against official UAE legislation before filings, client advice, or court submissions. Sidqo provides legal information and workflow tools; it is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation.
