1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Sidqo, operated by Design Syndicate FZE LLC. By using Sidqo, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Sidqo is

Sidqo gives you legal information about UAE law in plain language. It is not legal advice, and it does not create a lawyer-client relationship. See our Disclaimer for details. For advice you can rely on, speak with a licensed legal professional.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Sidqo.

4. Plans and billing

Sidqo includes 20 free messages. After that, you can subscribe. The first month may be offered at a reduced introductory price, then the plan is $19 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Payments are final. See our Refund Policy. Introductory pricing is limited per account.

5. Acceptable use

Use Sidqo for your own lawful purposes. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, scrape it, resell it, or use it to harm others.

6. Content and ownership

You keep ownership of what you put into Sidqo. You give us permission to process it so we can provide the service. Sidqo, its software, and its branding remain ours.

7. Service provided as is

Sidqo is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the information is complete, current, or suited to your specific situation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on Sidqo, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

8. Changes

We may update the service or these terms. If we make a significant change, we will try to let you know. Continuing to use Sidqo means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
