About Sidqo
Sidqo is AI for small law firms. A client explains the matter in their own language, on their phone, and uploads documents that are read as they arrive. The lawyer gets an ordered case file and a drafted memorandum before the first call, then works the case with an AI that knows every page.
The intake runs in 12 languages, among them Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Tagalog and Bengali. Our first firm, in Dubai, has paid for Sidqo since August 2026, with UAE tax invoices and memoranda checked against the UAE statute register. Sidqo is built and run by its founder, Akhil Joy, from Dubai.
The role
You take Sidqo from one firm to many across the UAE, then into Saudi Arabia and Qatar. You find the firms, show them the product on their own cases, sign them, and stay close as they go live. You work alongside me in Dubai.
What you'll do
- Build a list of small firms and legal consultancies across the emirates, and meet them in person.
- Run demos on real or sample matters, in English and Arabic, and sign firms to a per-case plan.
- Onboard each firm with me: their intake link, their branding and their first cases.
- Map what a Saudi or Qatari version needs, and open the first firms there.
Who you are
- You know UAE legal practice: as a lawyer, legal consultant, paralegal, or someone who has sold to law firms here.
- You speak Arabic and English. Another language of the UAE's workforce is a strong plus.
- You have a network among small firms, and they return your calls.
- You are comfortable working alone, with a weekly plan and a shared pipeline.
How you're paid
This is a founding role, paid on a revenue-share basis.
- Revenue share: 20% of what each firm you sign pays Sidqo, for that firm's first 24 months. Paid monthly, once the firm has paid.
- Equity: Founding options, vesting over four years with a one-year cliff.
- Next: When Sidqo raises its seed round, I plan to move founding leads to a base salary plus commission.
You work as an independent contractor under a written agreement, under your own freelance permit or company licence. There is no base pay in this phase.
